Accessing with your profile will give you the ability to manage offers, products, orders and messages using a custom dashboard. You will have access to reports useful to keep track of your activity and increasing your orders.

Who ships the products?

Products will be shipped directly from the Vendor.

 

How do I manage my shipping fees?

Who manages the Returns?

Returns are managed by the Vendor.

 

How the products will be paid on the platform?

Payments will be available through "Stripe", "PayPal" or they will credited on your bank account through Bank Transfer. Visit our guide to payment account creation.

 

Which quality my photos must respect for the catalog?*

Uploaded photos on the catalog must respect following standards:

 

  • Images must show the selling product in an appropriate manner and must be corresponding to the product description;
  • The product must occupiy the 85% of the image;
  • Photo longest side must be 8000 pixel maximum
  • Images must be in JPEG ( .jpg or .jpeg ), PNG ( .png ) or GIF ( .gif ). JPEG is the reccomended format.
  • Images must be in perfect focus. Grainy and blurry photos will be rejected.
  • The main image must be logo-free, text-free, and must not contain other graphic elements on the background.
  • The main image background must be white, with RGB R: 255, G: 255, B:255.

 

Which is the difference between B2B and B2C sections of the platform?

B2B ( Business to Business ) is a dedicated platform for professionals, companies, and businesses, meanwhile B2C ( Business to Consumer ) is dedicated to final customers.
